At Linda Ads, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver quality makeup vanities and beauty furniture that meet your expectations. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Please review our return and refund policy below to understand how we handle returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
- The product must not be damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
Note: Custom-made, clearance, or final sale items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging and shipping our products, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 5 days of receiving the item.
- Email us at support@lindaads.store with:

- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damage or defect
We will respond promptly and offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the situation.
3. Return Process
If your return is approved:
- We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
- You will be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the return status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5β10 business days.
Important: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.
4. Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are issued in the following cases:
- Returned items that meet our return policy criteria
- Cancelled orders (before shipment)
- Damaged or defective items that cannot be replaced
Please note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
- A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for large or assembled items.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to exchange an item, please return the original product following the steps above and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it ships for a full refund. Once your order is processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our return policy.

7. Non-Returnable Items

- Clearance and final sale products
- Assembled or used items
- Gift cards or promotional codes
